The goals of the workshop are to expose strengths vs. weaknesses, to access and align the cross-functional organizations preparedness for creating and or engaging with a Ecosystem. By the conclusion of the workshop SaaSPartners and your cross functional leadership will understand the opportunity and challenges of successful GTM with partners.

Successful GTM is about accelerating awareness, validation of your solutions via and Net New Revenue as a result of successful execution with partners. Together we will execute collaborative GTM motions that generate revenue and value for all constituencies.

In advance of our workshop we ask participants to think about the questions they have, what are the critical success factors and what success looks like in year 1, 2 and beyond.
